Nine of the twelve bouts have no published tabulation we could reach: UFCStats serves a browser check and blocks automated access. Do not use statsfight.com, which publishes an official-looking UFC 331 table that names the wrong winners in two fights and overstates the main event by more than 100 significant strikes.
Joshua Van beat Alexandre Pantoja by unanimous decision (49-46, 48-47, 50-45) to keep the flyweight title, and the two shared Fight of the Night.
Five of twelve fights went to the underdog: Sean Sharaf, Patricio Pitbull, Alonzo Menifield, Marlon Vera and Michael Aswell Jr.
Sean Sharaf knocked out Gable Steveson 12 seconds into the first round. Steveson was the biggest favorite on the card at −2400, so Sharaf's contract cost 8¢ and returned $1,300 on $100.

A prediction-market contract is priced in cents between 0 and 100, and the price is roughly what the market thinks the chance is: 72¢ means about a 72% implied chance, and a winning contract settles at 100¢. A sportsbook moneyline says the same thing in American odds, −275 for the same fighter, but it carries the book's margin. We show both.
