Reader and contributor columns on sports and prediction markets. Every writer says what they hold before the first paragraph, an editor reviews every piece, and any price a column calls gets graded on the public ledger like ours.
How it works
Pitch, edit, publish, grade
Nothing publishes on its own. A column starts as a short pitch and ends up on the ledger if it names a price.

Send a thesis, the market it's about and your position. Two paragraphs is plenty.

Edit
An editor checks the facts, the math and the disclosure, then works on the draft with you.

Publish
The column goes up with its label, your position box and the responsible gambling line.

Grade
If you name a buy price and a target, it goes on the public ledger and is graded on Kalshi's prices, win or lose.
Labels
You always know what you're reading
Every column carries one of three labels at the top. We follow the SPJ rule to label analysis and commentary and to keep advertising apart from news.
How a market works
Pricing, fees, settlement rules or the history of a market type. It may reach a view, but the work is shown step by step.
Paid for by a sponsor
Set in a tinted box with the sponsor's name at the top. Sponsored pieces never carry our trade plans and are never mixed into the editorial feed.

The position box comes first
Before the first paragraph, every column says what the writer holds, what their exit plan is and whether anyone paid for the piece. The FTC's guidance is that a disclosure belongs next to the claim, not in a profile, so that's where ours goes.

Report this column
On a live column this sends a report to an editor, who reviews it within one business day. Reports aren't open yet because no columns are published.
Corrections policy
When a column is wrong
If a fact, a number or a price in a column is wrong, we fix it and add a dated correction note at the bottom saying what changed and why. The note stays up for good.
Every correction also goes on one site-wide corrections log, so you can see all of them in one place. That log opens with the first published column.
A trade plan in a column is never edited after it's posted. If it was posted with an error, it stays visible, gets marked "void" with the reason, and still counts in the writer's record. How we lock and grade.
