This page is an outline of what the privacy policy will cover. It isn't a binding agreement or promise, and it will be replaced by a lawyer-reviewed version before memberships, accounts or payments open.
What the site does today
Stored on your device
This is a plain description of how the site's code works as of Sep 19, 2026, not a legal policy. These items live in your browser's storage. None of them are sent to us, and clearing your site data removes them.

Analytics plan: cookieless
We plan to use Vercel Web Analytics or Plausible, which count visits without cookies or cross-site tracking. Events carry only numbers, yes/no values and short labels, like which menu was opened. The site's code strips anything else, and never sends emails, birthdays, names or anything you type.
Forms: not connected yet
The newsletter, founding list, column pitch and partner forms don't send anything today. Each one says "nothing was sent" when you try. Once connected, your email will be used only for what you signed up for, with a one-click unsubscribe.
No social trackers
No social media scripts load on this site. Future embeds use a do-not-track X option and the youtube-nocookie player, loaded only when you press play.
Market data
Live prices load from Kalshi and Coinbase through our own server route. Those requests carry no personal data from us.

What we collect
Emails you give us, member account and billing status from Whop, and aggregate analytics. Card numbers stay with the payment processor.
