How the weeks work
Questions, answered
- What counts as a win?
- A pick is a win when the plan, followed exactly as posted, made money after Kalshi's fees: the written sell order filled, or the position was held to settlement as the plan said. A pick whose price ran green but was not sold there, and lost, is a miss and counts as one.
- Are the figures before fees?
- Yes. Every dollar figure and every average pick on the week pages is before Kalshi's trading fees and carries an asterisk that says so. Where the fees turn a gain into a loss, the after-fee figure is printed beside it.
- When does a week close?
- A week runs Monday to Sunday by the game's start date in Pacific time, so a Sunday night game belongs to that Sunday's week. A week page is final once its Sunday has passed and every pick in it is graded.
- Why are live picks counted separately?
- A pre-event plan is posted before the start, so a reader could have acted on it. A live bet is taken after the start, on information the reader did not have. Both are real money and both are graded, but their percentages and dollar figures are never blended.
Only risk what you can afford to lose. Set a money limit before you start, take profits on purpose and stop when you hit your limit. Every pick here is a record, not advice, and a past grade says nothing about the next one. Gambling problem? Call, text or chat 1-800-MY-RESET. Responsible gambling
