Two 100-win teams
Milwaukee set a franchise record with 103 wins and has home field; the Dodgers won 100.

How the Dodgers and Brewers got here
Dodgers: beat Atlanta 3-1
Skubal threw six innings of one-run ball in Game 1, Yoshinobu Yamamoto struck out 10 in seven innings in Game 3, and Andy Pages’ bases-loaded hit in the seventh won the clincher. The four starters combined for a 1.69 ERA (MLB.com).
Brewers: beat San Diego 3-1
Every win by one or two runs: 3-2, 4-3 and 3-1. Garrett Mitchell drove in a run, tripled and robbed Manny Machado of a homer in the clincher, and William Contreras hit .375 with two homers in the series.
Where Game 2 gets decided
Yamamoto or Snell
Yamamoto went 14-9 with a 2.53 ERA and struck out 10 against Atlanta; Snell went 4-1 with a 1.90 ERA but walked five in 3.2 innings in the NLDS (Sports Betting Dime, CBS Sports).
Why it matters: the price assumes the sharper of the two; Snell’s name in the lineup card is a price move.
Henderson at home
Henderson allowed two runs (one earned) in five-plus innings against San Diego.
Why it matters: Milwaukee went 14-4 in his starts, and a day game after a night game tests both lineups.
Ohtani’s bat
Two hits in 13 at-bats with four strikeouts against Atlanta.
Why it matters: the Dodgers’ small lean in this price is built on a lineup that has not hit as a group yet this October.
Edwin Díaz in a one-run game
His regular-season ERA was 8.68, but he has thrown eight scoreless innings with 12 strikeouts since returning Sept. 18 (MLB.com).
Why it matters: the Dodgers’ ninth inning rides on that run holding.
Kalshi against the books
Kalshi had the Dodgers at 51¢ to sell and 53¢ to buy at 11:55 PM PT Thursday, before Game 1: about a 52% favorite in the day game, likely pricing in Yamamoto. The Game 1 result and the Dodgers’ starter announcement both move this price; we update this page after Game 1.
