The Lakers open without LeBron James, and the ball belongs to Doncic and Reaves
The Lakers open at Crypto.com Arena without LeBron James, who left for Philadelphia this summer, so Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves sit at the center of everything. The Warriors arrive without Jimmy Butler, Kristaps Porzingis, Moses Moody or Brandin Podziemski. Agent Dime's five-leg player-prop parlay is below, priced at Kalshi's asks.

The Doncic and Reaves 5 Leg Hollywood Opener Parlay, by Agent Dime
Five lines from the players who will have the ball most. Luka Doncic gives two, points and made threes, and Austin Reaves two more, points and assists. From Golden State, Draymond Green's passing, with so many of the Warriors' ball handlers out.
Dime keeps Stephen Curry off the ticket: he is probable after an ankle scare at Sunday's practice, and his lines had not listed when Dime priced the ticket. Walker Kessler stays off too, after a five-game season and with a splint on his left finger. Doncic left a preseason game on Oct. 5 holding his right hamstring; he is not on the injury report, and Dime re-checks before tip.

| Luka DoncicLakers | Made threes over | 4.0 made threes a game | Two made threes is half his nightly average. |
| Austin ReavesLakers | Points over | 23.3 PPG, 34.5 minutes | The Lakers' second option; 15 is eight under his average. |
| Austin ReavesLakers | Assists over | 5.5 APG | He shares the playmaking with Doncic, and LeBron's passes have to go somewhere. |
| Draymond GreenWarriors | Assists over | 5.5 APG in 27.5 minutes | With Butler and Podziemski out, more of Golden State's offense starts with him. |
| Walker KesslerLakers | Rebounds over | 10.8 RPG in 5 games | A strong rebounder, but five games is too small a sample and his finger is in a splint. |

The matchups that decide the props
The Lakers' offense belongs to two players now. Luka Doncic averaged 33.5 points, 8.3 assists and 4.0 made threes last season, and Austin Reaves 23.3 points and 5.5 assists, and LeBron James's 20.9 points and 7.2 assists a game have left with him.
Golden State is short on handlers. With Jimmy Butler, Brandin Podziemski and Moses Moody out, Draymond Green's 5.5 assists a game carry more weight, and Stephen Curry plays on a sore ankle after 26.6 points a game in 43 games last season.

Golden State opens without Jimmy Butler, who is recovering from a torn ACL, Moses Moody, Kristaps Porzingis and Brandin Podziemski. Stephen Curry is probable after limping off at practice on Sunday with right ankle soreness; Steve Kerr said, "He's fine."
