How it happened
Gandra put Diaz away with punches at 2:04 of round one. Outlets split on whether to log it as a knockout or a technical knockout, so take it as what it plainly was, a first-round finish by strikes. It is his third in three UFC appearances. He has won ten straight overall and has not needed a second round since he arrived.
Then the callout. Through an interpreter, Gandra said: "Hey, Izzy Adesanya! Don't run from me. I'm here. I'm the nightmare of this division." That is a big name to pick three fights into a UFC career. Gandra is 31, from Belo Horizonte, and now 11-1. Diaz is 35 and from Los Angeles, which made this his homecoming. He leaves at 10-5 on two straight losses.
The weight class matters here, and some outlets got it wrong. This was a middleweight bout, not welterweight. Gandra's callout was aimed at this division, so the label is not a detail to shrug at. Diaz came home to fight in his own city and lost inside one round. Crypto.com Arena did not get the night he came for.
What the market did
Read this before the table. The lowest trade on this market printed at 69¢, and you will see that number quoted elsewhere. It was not a price you could buy at. It was a seller hitting the bid. The best offer at that moment was 71¢, 2¢ higher, and that is the number this page uses.

The window came and went inside two minutes. Gandra has finished three straight UFC fights in the first round, and markets tend to price that kind of pattern forward.
