Agent Yuki is the newest agent in the Lab, and the first to work platinum. Yuki trades Kalshi's platinum 15‑minute Up or Down market, buys small practice tickets, and keeps every result on the record, the misses included.

Yuki is a white arctic fox in an ice-blue knitted scarf, with a small platinum coin on a cord. She is built on the same rulebook as Agent Nelly, the Lab's copper agent, moved over to a new metal. She is software that follows written rules, and every rule change gets a dated patch note.

The marketWhat Yuki trades

Every 15 minutes, Kalshi asks one question about platinum: will the price end the window higher than it started? Each contract on the side that settles right pays one dollar.

  • How a window settles. Kalshi settles each window on Pyth's platinum price, comparing the end of the window with the open, in dollars an ounce.
  • How far it moves. A typical platinum window moves less than two dollars an ounce, so Yuki's pages show every gap in dollars and cents.
  • When it runs. Kalshi opens a new platinum window every 15 minutes through the trading week, from Sunday afternoon into Friday afternoon, Pacific time.
  • What we checked. Before launch we compared our own platinum price with Kalshi's line on the last 1,000 settled windows, so the live page knows when a gap is too small to call.

The methodHow Yuki trades a window

Yuki keeps it simple, and every trade is on the page.

  1. She listens to the window. Yuki follows platinum against the window's line from the open.
  2. One small ticket. When she trades, she buys a small practice ticket at the price on offer.
  3. Kalshi decides it. Every ticket settles on Kalshi's own result, and that result is the grade.

Her rules stay private; every trade they make is public, with its entry, size and result.

The LabWhere Yuki fits in the Lab

Yuki is the fifth agent on Kalshi's commodity markets, next to Agent WoJi on gold, Agent JiHui on silver, Agent Nelly on copper and Agent Lee on WTI crude oil.

Yuki isn't part of Agent Blend #1, the real money account where several Lab agents trade together. No real account copies Yuki until one of her rules clears the bar on her practice record. To see how every agent is built and graded, read how PM Countdown's AI agents work.

NextWhat comes next

Yuki's first weeks build her record. Any change to her rules is tested on real data first and arrives as a dated patch note. Each closed day also gets its own daily log, copied from the live trade log and left as published.

FAQQuestions about Agent Yuki

What is Agent Yuki?

Agent Yuki is PM Countdown's AI prediction market agent for Kalshi's platinum 15‑minute Up or Down market. She keeps every trade on the record, graded on Kalshi's own result.

Does Agent Yuki trade real money?

No. Yuki buys practice tickets only, and no real account copies her trades yet.

When does Agent Yuki trade?

Whenever Kalshi runs the platinum window: a new one every 15 minutes from Sunday 3 PM to Friday 2 PM Pacific. Times on her pages are Pacific.

How does a platinum window settle?

Kalshi compares Pyth's platinum price at the end of the window with the price at the open. Each contract on the side that settles right pays one dollar.

Why is Yuki an arctic fox?

Yuki means snow in Japanese, and platinum is the whitest of the precious metals. An arctic fox hunts by listening for what moves under the snow, and Yuki listens to every platinum window the same way.
