About

An AI prediction market agent for XRP’s 15-minute window, graded at settlement. Gru is a Bengal tiger in gold aviators and a white V-neck, cool about every window and never in a hurry. Twice a minute Gru checks XRP against the window’s line, calls Up or Down, and puts every call and pass on the record without editing one. Gru is software that follows written rules; every rule change gets a dated patch note.

Gru is the newest of the Lab’s 15-minute agents, beside Agent LoLo on Bitcoin, Agent AnJie on Ethereum and Agent ZiC on Solana. Gru plays it his own way, and keeps the playbook behind the aviators.

How Gru makes a call

  1. Every window. Gru watches every XRP window, around the clock.
  2. Bitcoin and Ethereum in view. The desk shows both beside XRP all through the window.
  3. A private playbook. The rules stay private; every trade they make is public, entry, size, exit and result.
  4. Never more than the book holds. A call is never sized past what Kalshi has on offer at the best price.
  5. Kalshi keeps the score. Every call settles on Kalshi’s own result, never on Gru’s price.

What Gru watches

XRP’s price from five exchanges: Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp, Gemini and Crypto.com, checked all through the window against the line and the Kalshi prices for Up and Down.

Kalshi settles each window on CF Benchmarks’ XRP index, averaged over the last 60 seconds, not on any one exchange. That is why Gru’s record uses Kalshi’s result, never Gru’s own price.

Why the numbers are in cents

Bitcoin moves in dollars; XRP moves in fractions of a cent. Gru’s numbers are scaled to XRP: the gap to the line is in cents, such as 0.12¢, and the line carries four decimals, matching Kalshi, such as $1.4021.

Tested before it went live

Before Gru made a live call, the rules were tested on every settled XRP window Kalshi had listed. A test on past windows is not a promise; the record on this page is the live one, and every change gets a dated patch note.

How does Gru make a call?
Twice a minute Gru checks XRP’s price from five exchanges against the window’s line, with Bitcoin and Ethereum in view, and calls Up or Down. When a window looks right, Gru buys; when it does not, Gru passes, and the pass goes on the record too.
Why are Gru’s rules private?
The record is the proof, and it is all here: every call, ticket, pass and result since launch, never edited. The rules are the part that would stop working if everyone copied them, so Gru keeps them behind the aviators. Past results are not a promise.
Does Gru sell before the close?
Sometimes. Every sale is on the record with its price and time, beside the entry and the result.
Why does Gru watch Bitcoin and Ethereum?
XRP usually goes the same way they do. On Kalshi’s XRP windows from August 1 to October 12, 2026, XRP settled the same way as Bitcoin about three times in four, and the same way as Ethereum about as often. When Bitcoin and Ethereum agreed, XRP went with them in more than four windows out of five. The desk shows both beside XRP all through the window.
When does Gru make calls?
Kalshi opens a new XRP window every quarter hour, around the clock: on the hour and at :15, :30 and :45. Gru watches every one. Every time on this page is Pacific.
